Alhamdulillah this dokudrama between Brunei and Malaysia (RTB & RTM) is over and it was taken on September. I am truly happy and honoured to be able to work with one of the Malaysian artists, Nurul AF2. The drama was about a Malaysian student who goes to Brunei to learn about the Belait tribe/etnique. So she met a Bruneian girl (me) who happen to be a belait girl and from there she tried to help her in doing her research. We were given the opportunity to go to a lot of interesting places and i admit it was worth it because i take tourism therefore more knowledge that i can find. We also learn a lot of their history.
One of it was the war between Kayan and Penan where they cut their heads off and most of the skulls right now has gone and believed drifted away by the flood happen in Kuala Balai before (so spooky!) then the one river they called it "long pelai" which means kuala cacat. Why? Because there are two colours brown and black and THEY DON'T MIX! I find it very amusing and weird. Well after the shooting was done at the end of the week we had to send nurul and the gang to the airport. It was such a memorable time and hope to work again with them in the future :) till then i will write soon!
